Rules

Make sure you read the rules thoroughly before joining to avoid problems. :D

1] Put the code up as soon as you join. We'll be checking frequently.
2] Make sure you check the taken list before joining. It makes it alot easier if you're not trying to claim someone who's already taken.
3] Only anime/manga or video game females are allowed.
4] Please include the character's full name. If the name is Japanese, please list the last name first.
5] Only one character may be claimed per site.
6] Make sure your banner is 50x50. Please allow direct-linking to the image or upload it to a free server.
7] Claimed characters pertain to specific series and franchises. Example: Characters claimed in Dragonball are also claimed in Dragonball Z.
8] If your site is on hiatus, please keep the code up, or put it up anyway. Members who do not have their codes up will not be accepted.
9] Try to put the code someone convenient. Please either have it on the first page or a direct link to a page that says 'Rotations'.
